Built by a family, for families

When our daughter was diagnosed with autism, the paperwork arrived faster than we could keep track of it. Appointment letters, therapy reports and assessment results came from different services, on different dates, and ended up spread across emails, folders and our phones.

Every new professional asked what had happened before, and the answer was always somewhere we couldn't find. So we built the tool we wished we'd had: one timeline for everything, that we could search when someone asked.

We built RC Timeline and look after it ourselves, as a family in Co. Antrim, Ireland. We keep your family's information as private as we'd want our own to be.

How it works

  1. Add your child

    Set up their timeline in a minute with their name and date of birth.

  2. Add events, or scan a letter

    Type in an appointment, or scan a letter and check the details it fills in before saving.

  3. Find anything later

    When someone asks what happened at the last review, search and it's there.

Your family's information, in plain words

  • Only you can see your child's timeline. Nothing is shared with schools, services or anyone else.
  • It's stored in the EU (Ireland) and encrypted, and you can edit or delete anything, or your whole account, at any time.
  • When you scan a letter, the text is read on your phone. Only that text, not the picture, is sent to an AI service to pick out the details, with your child's name removed first. It isn't used to train the AI.
  • Your information is never sold, never used for advertising and never used for profiling.
